Wedding Cupcakes

Lovely modern alternative to a traditional wedding cake. It is quite a popular choice between my brides. I like cupcakes for their elegant look on a nice stand and also it is much easier to serve. They are also an economic issue. The price for a cupcake start at 3-5 Euros and you can order an exact number of cup cakes. It’s easy to serve and delicious to eat. They become more and more popular at weddings in France.

“The trend for many weddings here in France is a cupcake tower with a small cutting cake on top”, says new-yorker Cat Beurnier, owner of  Sugar Daze cupcakes. Her passion for baking brought her to cupcake business after she moved and settled in Paris. She bakes American-style cupcakes and cakes ‘sur mesure’ for individuals and companies. The great majority of my cupcakes are decorated with custom, hand-made edible decorations.  The cupcakes are cupcakes fresh from scratch in small batches using mostly organic and natural ingredients. They are available in over 30 flavors and Sugar Daze is always happy to work with the clients to create a custom flavor if so desired.

Tastings prior to the wedding are available at Cat’s home where she discusses the various items required for the wedding such as quantity of cupcakes/cakes needed, decoration and presentation, delivery, etc.  She typically prepares 5 cupcakes for the tasting for a small fee.  For weddings, Sugar Daze can provide delivery and installation of the cakes/cupcakes (in Paris) as well as cake stand rental.

But not only in the capital of France, you can order and have delivered your cupcakes to you wherever in France. The cupcakes travel well and can be conserved for 72 hours once baked.
